Werth’s drawing practice unfolds at the intersection of physical endurance, altered mental states, and densely layered urban imagery. Rooted in running and physical exertion as a method of thinking and making, her works do not depict movement itself but render inner states visible. Lines, densities, and fragmented structures form complex, often overloaded visual worlds in which control and dissolution, discipline and exhaustion intersect.
Continuing the themes developed for her solo exhibition »Out of the Corner« (2025), Werth approaches drawing as a process between resistance and endurance – a practice that does not seek resolution, but sustains and makes visible a state of inner tension.
